DSG Prime thin-cut frame saw blades enable precise cutting with a minimum kerf of 0.7 mm—for maximum wood yield in the lamella and sawn veneer sectors. The dimensionally stable, glue-ready surfaces allow for direct further processing without any post-processing steps.
As the original manufacturer, we combine application expertise, development, production, and service under one roof—ensuring optimal coordination between the saw blade, machine, and process. Available with carbide (hexagonal) or Stellite, thicknesses 0.4–1.0 mm, for all machine manufacturers.
